"Monte Boyer of Sensible Maintenance Solutions was integral in the renovation of our kitchen. He painted the entire room, (ceiling, walls, & trim). He installed wainscoting to replace old wood paneling, and stained and finished this to match the knotty-pine cabinets that are built into this room. (No small task, as it took 2 different stains, and a process of numerous wipings & drying to achieve a match). He also removed the old metal cabinet facing below our kitchen sink, and fabricated a new cabinet & doors from an old pine coat cabinet to perfectly match our existing cabinets. He also installed lighting, outlets & switches in the pantry area, and ran a telephone line, which had previously been exposed & covered by throw-rugs, through our basement to the computer station in our dining room. Finally, he and his crew, laid a new ceramic tile floor throughout the kitchen area, (and accomplished this with minimal disruption to our daily kitchen needs). In conclusion, we would recommend this company to any one who has any kind of renovation, construction or home-maintenance project. Monte’s suggestions & attention to detail in carrying out his work have added value to our residence, as well as making it a much more pleasurable living space. We are absolutely pleased with his contributions to this project!"
