Note: Not all services are billed according to the following rate schedules.

Residential Service
Rates:
Most jobs will be billed out at time plus materials.

Hourly Rate Schedule:
* We associate a rate tier to each of our laborers based upon their skills and the scope of work to be done.
Tier 1 consists of general laborers. These individuals conduct tasks such as lawn raking, trash outs, and often assist more skilled laborers.
Tier 2 consists of skilled laborers. These are handymen, cleaners, landscapers, etc...
Tier 3 consists of skilled trade persons such as, electricians, plumbers, and roofers.
* Time is based on man hours, not hours on site.
* Time will include sourcing of materials when materials are not supplied by the customer.
* Due to cost of transportation there is a 3 hour minimum.

The goal of our sliding rate scale: A sliding scale allows us to pass savings on to you. When possible (based on your needs) the most appropriately skilled personnel will be assigned to your job. This means that you only pay for what you need. Contact us today for a personalized estimate.
Materials include: All physical items purchased for and necessary to complete the job. It is not meant to include tools , except in cases where a specialty tool is required to be rented, or where a required tool is a one time use item.
Estimates: An estimate will be provided prior to any work commencing. The estimate will outline the anticipated number of man hours, at which hourly rate tier they are billed, plus estimated cost of specialty tools, and materials.Due to the nature of what we do there are occasionally surprises and you will be consulted prior to any work in excess of the estimate being completed.
Senior Citizens: For you we do not require a 3 hour minimum visit, nor are you charged the regular 1st hour rate. Instead you are billed at the "thereafter" rate and for as little as 1 hour.

* All package deals are good through 12/31/2013 so buy early!
* All package deals are valid only for Tier 1 and Tier 2 skill levels.
Half Day: 2 persons on site for a maximum of 4 hours for $175.00
Full Day: 2 persons on site for a maximum of 8 hours for $325.00

Commercial Service
If you intermittently employ our services you will be billed at the rates outlined above under Residential Service.
For our regular customers we give preferred rates. These will be determined based on your individual needs and services requested.
